Hi all! Through my work as an appraiser in DFW, I noticed that Dallas wasn’t really considered a primary market within the U.S. After the recent and continued expansion we have experienced with several major corporations moving their headquarters to DFW from the West Coast, this seems a bit unreasonable.

Regardless, in the world of commercial real estate there are so many that track every financial statistic regarding the investment in commercial real estate by institutional investors. These investors are the pension funds, REITs, and other investors that spend large amounts of money on commercial real estate.

The investment data for the non-institutional investors are left to fend for themself. My hope is to provide detailed insight into the core property types within this sector of commercial real estate as it seems to be the least covered.
